Long Fiber Rigid Felt

Vulcan now has advanced carbon fiber felt technology, with carbon fiber soft felt as raw material to produce cured felt and after 2400 ℃ high-temperature graphitization of one-time molding. The hard felts are structured by density gradient method and treated with surface treatment or purification for higher strength and better oxidation resistance. All felting equipment, impregnation equipment, curing and molding equipment, carbonization and graphitization equipment, and high temperature chemical purification equipment are developed independently.

Application

Mainly used in high temperature environment under vacuum or inert gas protection, such as semiconductor crystal growth furnace, photovoltaic single crystal silicon/polycrystalline silicon furnace, optical fiber preform and drawing furnace, sapphire growth furnace, high-end metal heat treatment furnace, etc.
